Wing Dental has not used amalgam (silver) fillings for many years.
Dr. Wing has been trained in the concept of Minimally Invasive Biomimetic Dentistry - the concept of restoring teeth that more "imitates nature in a much more conservative fashion". He learned this concept of ONLY removing the diseased portion of a tooth and restoring it in a very concise and conservative treatment.
Dr. Wing strives for excellence and innovation in composites using direct anterior techniques and the "no-prep" ultra-conservative treatment of Anterior and Posterior tooth wear.
Dr. Wing is also trained in the techniques using his in-office Cerec, combining a camera, computer, and milling instrument into one machine to allow tooth restorations to be created in the dental office, all within a single visit.
